oe-dev-gpephone.tar.gz: Bitbake files for the GPE PhoneEdition  packages and
some configuration files which are necessary. Everything inside the "dev" is
relative to your org.openembedded.dev branch tree.

local.conf.parameters: Several definitions to build the correct library
versions. If you do not want to build for the VMWare image you need to
change the machine definiton.
